We will have fresh, spring farmed organic trout at the Market starting June 16th. Very exciting. Please come out and support this independent farmer who is just starting out. He will bring whole gutted and fillet. Now, please do understand that if he happens to be sold out when you arrive, you can order for next week. As it's difficult to gauge how many fish to bring because it's his first time. He doesn't want to waste. Can't fault anyone for that can we? Oh, the Sea Asparagus, that'll be coming from Forbes Wild Foods. It's an interesting food. Try some. See you Tuesday!

Well, this is it our last day of another successful season at our market. Thank you to everyone in the community and beyond for shopping and supporting our local farmers and artisans at tbfm. It is truly appreciated and by doing so sustains the market and the farmers/vendors. So please come out in droves today and stock up on all the great produce and products. See you in 2010!
